Hi! My name is Erica, I’m a Birth and Postpartum Doula. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor. I serve families in New York City and some parts of Long Island. 

 

I firmly believe that everyone deserves to feel supported and cherished during one of the most transformative moments of their life. My mission is to provide that care with kindness, compassion, and respect.

As your birth doula, I take a holistic approach, offering not only knowledge and resources but also a warm, supportive presence. I don’t come with an agenda for your birth – I’m here to help you navigate your journey, empowering you to make informed decisions that are right for you.

I bring a variety of comfort measures to help ease the experience, including counter pressure, essential oils, massage, and breathing techniques. But above all, I’m here to hold space for you, ensuring you feel heard, supported, loved on and confident every step of the way.
